Limit yum download speed

After a fresh installation of Fedora 14 from the beta cd, there were plenty of updates to download. To prevent yum from hogging all of the bandwidth on my very slow connection, I set a speed limit on yum by adding the following line to the file /etc/yum.conf
throttle=50k
